...that this gal makes one hell of a red velvet cupcake.
In place of the cream cheese frosting (meh) I made a rum and almond mascarpone frosting... it tasted like tiramisu filling. Yup.
I like the sugar on the sides, it makes me think of fire and ice roses.
Only tastier.
