stroganoff and jambalaya.

Pork stroganoff with buttered noodles. Just pork, onions, and mushrooms in a sauce of chicken broth, white wine, sour cream, garlic, paprika, and dill.
Tonight I made smoky andouille sausage and crab jambalaya. Red bell pepper, onion, celery, garlic, smoked paprika and other spices, scallions, and of course andouille sausage and jumbo lump crab meat. I used jasmine rice in this, and it was amazing. The whole thing took about 25 minutes. Awesome.
