forget the risotto

I was going to make my butternut squash and vanilla bean risotto for Thanksgiving dinner.
But it's just Ricky and I.
So screw it. Just potatoes!
Here's to not overdoing it!

    LOL! There's something to be said for not stressing out over the holidays. I'm sure anything you cooked turned out amazing anyway, risotto or no risotto. :)
