Paris Pizza

Even after going to Rome, Ricky and I still agree that the best pizza we've ever had came from a bistro in Paris. I'm sorry, Neopolitans, but we haven't been to Naples so I don't know how your pizza is.
Tonight I attempted to re-create said pizza.

I bought (shut it) a ball of fresh pizza dough at Publizzle.

Made some of my tastiest homemade tomato sauce and spread it on.

Added my toppings and cooked it for 8 minutes at this many degrees
And voila!
It was pretty damn close to the Parisian Pizza Excellence of our past. Mozzarella (the fresh, ooey-gooey, stringy kind) prosciutto di parma, white mushrooms, and thinly sliced white onion, and the crust was cooked perfectly.
Pizza manifique! That is what I shall call it.
