Fish tonight! This was my first time making red snapper for Ricky. He really liked it, thank goodness. I seasoned it with olive oil, salt & pepper, smoked paprika, and basil. On the side we had steamed broccoli (I always steam vegetables, why?) and pasta with some smokey tomato sauce (tomatoes, smoked red pepper, capers, anchovies, and cippolini onions.)
