Chicken cordon bleu with green beans and potatoes mashed with mascarpone cheese. I used rosemary ham...it was fabulous.

Dismal day comfort food! Italian sausage, cannellini beans, tomatoes, red bell pepper, and spinach stewed away in a French oven, topped with toasted garlicky bread crumbs.
