Today I went by the seafood market down the road from my house. I picked up some very pretty sea scallops and a gorgeous piece of salmon. I love a fish market where the fishmonger asks you, "Do you want to smell it first?"

Then I figured out (don't laugh) that I have attachments for my food processor (that I've had for a year) that allow me to slice things! I made a potato gratin for dinner, and my Cuisinart made short work of my potatoes.
Pretty potatoes.
The whole thing. Seared scallops and salmon, Parmesan potato gratin, and roasted asparagus.Awesome.
Seared scallops and salmon has to be one of the best meals in the entire world! =)
