So, generally speaking, shopping on the base is kind of a downer, but lately things have been looking up! Not only do they have Mrs. Meyer's Lavender Detergent for $8.00 (it's normally $13-$15) but the commissary is getting a lot better too.Today while we were shopping for Thanksgiving dinner I found these super cute baking cups! They're made by CreateCupcakes, and the company also makes really sweet little brownie, tart, and eclair cups. You can buy in bulk too! 1,000 cups! Don't laugh, I'd totally use it.

I thought this was really funny. I love the improper use of quotation marks. Why is this in quotations? Are you implying that this isn't really fresh produce?

Grocery shopping took forever! We didn't get home until around 6:30, and today was a crap-tired day, so Ricky ordered pizza. He's a good cook. =)
Last night, however, I made pasta with some homemade tomato basil sauce with a nice salad and garlic bread. Yum!
