So tonight I made pan-seared Tilapia on orzo with feta cheese and herbs, sauteed peppers, zucchini, and Kalamata olives! It was tasty. I seasoned the fish with pepper, a little paprika and some Greek seasoning (I use Cavender's, thanks Mum.)
I'm pretty sure that adding feta to anything makes it delicious. That's just a guess, though.

LOL! That was a good question. Hm, maybe the day before never? I'm sure I've had it, but darned if I can remember.
