Last night I prepared bacon-wrapped fillet mignon, risotto with peas and black truffle oil, and sautéed green beans and tomatoes! This was delicious, I loved the risotto. Truffle oil smells divine.
This morning (afternoon) it was chorizo with eggs and cheddar cheese in white corn tortillas. So simple, I can do with whole thing in my big cast iron skillet. And tasty too!
