Scary Bug, Hair Cut, Brontosaurus.

I discovered a new species of bug in the yard yesterday. It's terrifying when you're gardening and find creepy jungle monsters living in the leaves. Sick. I named it Richard Buggius Powellis.
Today I went to Destin to get my hair cut, and I saw the Fort Walton Beach dinosaur. Funny story about this dino. When Ricky and I were here on vacation buying the house back in March of 2009, I saw this dinosaur. He was in the water, and we drove by and in the middle of Ricky talking I yelled "DINOSAUR!!" and Ricky looked at me like I was crazy. We drove that way time and time again, and I never saw the dinosaur again. I thought I was losing my mind.
BUT. It exists. I saw it, finally, a few months ago. It was on a wooden raft, but had been moved onto the land. So I'm not insane. It's real. In yo face husband!
I've named it Jack.
Here's my hair cut! It's the shortest it's been in several years and I love it. Sadly, my stylist Amy is leaving the Aveda salon. She's moving to Georgia, and that's just too far to go for a haircut.
So... looking at the picture makes me realize how much weight I've lost. Here's a similar picture of me that was taken back in October. I was about five pounds away from my heaviest in this photo.
This is what my body looks like today. I know I'm wearing a sweater in the before picture, but you get the general idea, I'm sure.
C'est different, no?

  2. Lol, you'll love the 30 Day Shred, it's great.
The shirt is actually Anne Taylor Loft, and the "necklace" is attached to the shirt! In case you lose things like that I guess? Make me something pretty! <3
