My 101st post!

And it's about fish. Ah well.
Tonight I made broiled salmon and baby bok choy with wheat couscous.
Couscous is a staple in the Powell pantry. Hmmm if I had a catering business I'd call it "Powell's Pantry." Or maybe not.
This was really fast, the meal took about 15 minutes start to finish. Can't beat that. Except with takeout, and who wants to eat takeout? Not I, said the little red hen.

  2. Congrats on passing 100 posts! I wish we ate more fish; it's harder to living in the mid-west. I miss living on the West Coast.
