In Alpharetta

We made it to my Aunt's house fine, after a long drive and some serious traffic through Atlanta. This is the first time I've seen this side of my family in nearly ten years. My Grandma is here, and she is as hilarious as ever. My cousins are both so big now! Kendra is going off to college next year, and Dylan is playing sports. My Aunt is such a gracious hostess, and our guest room is fabulous! Her home is beautiful, as all of her homes have been. The Lacasella's are most definitely a family with taste and class, something that is found all too seldom anymore. I'll post more later, with some pictures of family that should have been taken much earlier than now!

I made dinner for the family, and everyone loved it! I usually only cook for Ricky, so this was fun. I made a simple pasta dish with homemade tomato sauce, some bread with olive oil dipping sauce, and a superb tarte tatin for dessert! All very well received! Thank you Kendra for sending the pictures!
